Used 1979 PontiacTrans Am

This 1979 Pontiac Trans Am is a highly original example finished in striking Starlight Black over a vibrant Red interior. Power comes from the legendary 400 CI V-8 engine paired with a desirable 4-speed manual transmission, delivering the classic muscle-car experience that helped define the Trans Am era. The exterior features iconic Phoenix hood graphics, a functional-style Shaker hood, and removable T-Tops, while 15-inch aluminum alloy Snowflake wheels wrapped in Goodyear Polysteel radial tires complete its unmistakable period-correct appearance. Inside, the Red cabin provides a dramatic contrast to the black exterior and retains the distinctive styling of Pontiac’s late-1970s performance flagship. Showing just 31,789 miles on the odometer, this Trans Am has been with the same owner since 1988 and is accompanied by its original window sticker. With its 400 V-8, 4-speed manual, bold color combination, long-term ownership, and impressive originality, this 1979 Trans Am represents an exceptional opportunity to own an increasingly sought-after piece of Pontiac performance history.
