1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
You are looking at a rotisserie restored 1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 powered by matching numbers completely rebuilt 350ci LT1 V8 paired with a Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission and refinished in Classic Copper (Code-67) with White Z28 stripes. No expense spared in this restoration. This Z28 still retains the original 837 alternator dated April 17, 1970, original Pink O rods, original flywheel, original starter restored by Pirkle, original engine fan rocker arms stamped with “O” mark, stock oil pump with windage tray and pan, and 186 heads dated B160 rebuilt with hardened exhaust valve seats. New stainless valves and springs and new correct GM harmonic balancer installed. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission and a 3.70:1 Posi traction rear end. Factory features include an F41 performance suspension, power-assisted steering and front disc brakes, a front spoiler, a rear decklid spoiler and a Hurst shifter. A partial VIN stamped by the oil filter and a casting date of D110 (April 11,1970).
The exterior is finished in a beautiful Classic Copper that really pops in the sun and is nicely complimented by the painted white racing stripes along the top. This paint job has a smooth, deep, high gloss finish that was professionally done. All the chrome/stainless trim and bumpers, lighting, and glass, are all in excellent condition. The undercarriage has a highly detailed with a powder coated subframe and red oxide epoxy underbody.
The interior was professionally restored and includes bucket seats, door panels, dash pad, kick panels, headliner, carpets, center console, and the original am radio and speaker. New tinted glass and weather stripping installed. Original dash with150mph speedo, 80k tachometer, gauges for amps, temp, fuel, and a clock. Everything is in working order.
